General Events

What age must I be on race day?

Age limits are specified per event. Our default minimum age is 18 however please check the specific event for details as we do run fun and family events as well for a variety of age groups.


Can someone else use my race number?

For safety reasons this is not possible. Your details are linked to our systems and ensure we are able to share your location and whether you have had to drop out or be taken to hospital etc.

My contact details have changed, how can I update them with you?

You can update via Active Network portal or get in touch with our team for assistance.

I am unable to participate in an event due to illness or injury. Can I get a refund, defer or transfer to someone else?

We do not offer refunds on events but we do allow you to defer to another event of the same value if there are spaces available or you can transfer to someone else if it’s within the transfer time.

Who provides your events payment gateway?

British Cycling are currently providing our bookings and payment gateway however this is due to change to Active Network in 2020

Active Network provides our bookings and payment gateway. They are used by some of the biggest events around such as Ironman, the London Marathon and the Brighton Marathon.

Do you ship oversees?

Yes, we’ll ship your package overseas however there are additional fees for postage.
